You are donating seeds that meet the requirements listed on the donation page here.

The seeds you are donating are free from copyright.

You understand that all donations are made at your own expense and that no compensation in any form will be given in exchange for donated seeds or any other donation.

You understand that any and all donated seeds or donations in any form become property of Cheyenne Hansen, owner of Everbloom Seeds, and will be used at her discretion. 

ORDERING POLICIES

By ordering or acquiring seeds on this website, you agree to the following policies and terms:

You are acquiring seeds at your own risk and do not hold Cheyenne Hansen, Everbloom Seeds, the seed donor, or any other person responsible for any undesirable results that may occur from the use of acquired seeds.

You understand that all seeds have been donated and therefore, age, accuracy, variety, status, germination, or any other seed condition or attribute is not guaranteed.

You understand that the shipping fee you pay at checkout covers all costs associated with shipping your free seeds and includes more than just the cost of postage, including a $0.03 charge/packet that covers the cost of the seed packet and label.

You understand that if your package is lost in transit due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, a refund will not be issued. You understand that if your package is returned to sender because of an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, and I receive the seeds in good condition, the cost of your order will be refunded and the seeds will be returned to inventory.

Due to the free nature of the seeds on this website, you understand that no refunds or exchanges will be given for any seeds, at any time, for any reason. However, if there is a mistake with your order, please reach out at the following: theseedgirl@icloud.com. Any mistake is happily fixed, refunded, or corrected.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

By signing up for any membership on this website, you agree to the following policies and terms:

You understand that all memberships on this website are digital and do not automatically include any physical products or the automatic shipment of any free seeds.

You understand that your membership payment does not apply towards any seeds, but is only given in exchange for digital access to special collections of free seeds or to digital information.

Due to the digital nature of all memberships on this website, you understand that no refunds or exchanges will be given for any membership fees unless specifically discussed with Cheyenne Hansen, owner of Everbloom Seeds. Any refund for membership fees will only be approved at her discretion.
